The present by H. E. Sheikha Lubna Al Qasimi at the 100th Session Commemoration of the Chinese Export Commodities Fair in Guangzhou resulted with active reflects in local business circle, and a number of common sense also reached between UAE and China during this visit. To follow up Sheikha Lubn’s fruitful visit and promote Sino-UAE business relation up to a higher level, on December 5, the Economic & Commercial Counsellor Mr. Zhuang Ruijin met His Excellency Mr. Abdulla Bin Ahmed Al Saleh, the Under Secretary of the Ministry of Economy of UAE. They exchanged views friendly on common concerned Sino-UAE economic and trade relations.
Counsellor Zhuang Ruijin said that presently China was committing itself to domestic “harmonious society” construction. Meanwhile, China was actively taking part in the construction of a “harmonious world”. So it has a far-reaching significance to promote Sino-UAE business relation to be a sound one, which should be defined as sustainable stability, mutual benefits and win-win situation, and harmonious development. Besides, he particularly stressed the positive role of Chinese Export Commodities Fair (also known as Canton Fair) in Sino-UAE economic and trade cooperation.
His Excellency Mr. Abdulla Bin Ahmed Al Saleh said that UAE attached great importance to Sino-UAE business relation and wished to further improve bilateral economic & trade cooperation which was of great potential. He also expressed the idea of sending a delegation to participate the 101st Canton Fair.
During their meeting, Counsellor Zhuang’s attendants also demonstrated a power point to introduce the 11th China Investment & Trade Forum in Xiamen of China in next September.
